Out of 140 engineering students surveyed by OSPE, many acquired non-technical skills as a result of their co-op/internship placement, including:

• Teamwork – 90%
• Verbal Communication – 66%
• Presentation Skills – 42%

This affirms what we already know: Non-technical skills are highly valued by employers.
